With the crash of flight MH17 on Ukrainian territory, much attention is now on the response of the Ukrainian government. Since the disaster, Kyiv has branded the incident a ‘terrorist attack’, today the country’s Prime Minister, Arseniy Yatsenyuk further detailed Ukraine’s position, saying:<br /><br />“ We ask all respective governments to participate in this investigation and to support the Ukrainian government to bring to justice all these b*****ds who committed this international crime. This is the crime against humanity. All red lines have been already crossed “<br /><br />The focus of international efforts now centres around how the passenger plane was downed. Kyiv has insisted this was the doing of pro-Russian rebels using advanced Russian missiles.<br /><br />In a bid to strengthen their case, they’ve released recordings claiming to be between a separatist from Donetsk and a senior member of the Russian military.<br /><br />Valentyn Nalyvaychenko, the head of Ukraine’s security service said this about the alleged phone call: “We have shown how missiles called “Buk” crossed the Ukrainian border shortly before the terrorist attack .
