US President Barack Obama is to meet with the leaders of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador next week to discuss child migration to the US.<br /><br />In June roughly 2,000 children crossed the border each week, although the number halved in July.<br /><br />On Friday more than 40 Central American children were expelled from the US on flights back to Central America.
