Hanjeongshik (full-course Korean meal) <br /><br /> <br />In this episode, Namdo(Southern Province)'s hanjeongshik(full-course Korean meal), and 'hansangcharim' from Gangjin of South Jeolla Province are introduced. <br /><br />Historically Gangjin was famous for its rich food products. From its broad fields, mountains and the mud flats a variety of food ingredients were harvested. This unique setting of Gangjin was the key behind development of full han sangcharim(serving all the side dishes at once on a table).
