Most heavy equipment operators have lots of experience--this is required for a reason that Frank SanPietro can understand. I cannot believe some of these fails. What is the guy in the water doing?! Seriously, people, be safe, take your time, think things through here. Stay out of these crazy accidents that put so many at risk. That is proper accident management right there--prevention.
