ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION<br /> <br />Monitors from the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) set out on a fresh field investigation at the crash site of the downed Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 plane on Friday (July 25).<br /> <br />OSCE spokesman Michael Bociurkiw said monitors had detected personal belongings of some of the 298 victims at the site in Donetsk, which is controlled by pro-Russia rebels.<br /> <br />"Nearby that area there is another impact site where we have been noticing in the past few days quite a bit of personal belongings. For the first time, we noticed identification documents. I am talking about ID cards, bank cards and credit cards.
