The rusting hulk of the Costa Concordia cruise ship was nearing the end of its final journey on Sunday.<br/> <br />It's heading to a port near Genoa where it'll be broken up for scrap.<br/> <br />The 114, 000 tonne cruise ship capsized two years ago off the Italian island of Giglio killing 32 people.<br/> <br />A convoy of vessels began towing the wreck to its final destination on Wednesday.<br/> <br />That came after one of the biggest maritime salvage operations in history.<br/> <br />The wreck was slowly raised by pumping air into 30 large metal boxes known as sponsons attached to the hull.<br/> <br />The whole operation is expected to cost the ship's owners more than two billion dollars.
