SpaceX's Falcon 9 v1.1 rocket successfully launched today, July 14th 2014 at 15:15 UTC on it's 10th overall flight carrying the ORBCOMM OG2 mission into orbit. The OG2 payloads are six next-generation satellites to provide communications worldwide. This is the first of three planned launches for ORBCOMM to launch 18 satellites into Low Earth Orbit. <br /> <br />SpaceX plan to have the first stage of the rocket attempt another water landing much like the previous launch, however this landing is planned to be closer to shore.
