The Teeling distillery is one of the few distilleries that opened again after the Irish whiskey industry went downhill. <br /> <br />The nose: <br />Very light, with a little vanilla and spices. <br />The taste: <br />Very light on the tongue and bitterness. Quite some oakiness. <br />The finish: <br />Not to long with fading bitterness .
