The first trailer has been released for what will most probably be the final visit to Middle Earth.<br/> <br />"The Battle of the Five Armies" is the third of "The Hobbit" trilogy and brings to a close J.R.R. Tolkein's tale of a burglar hobbit and his band of dwarves and sets the scene for director Peter Jackson's previous trilogy of "Lord of the Rings".<br/> <br />After 300 days of principal photography and with a reported $425 million budget, the trilogy will end when 'The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies' gets rolled out internationally from mid-December.
