The jobless rate in Europe is down.<br /><br />The percentage of people looking for work fell to 11.5 percent in June, down from 11.6 percent the previous month, the lowest level since September 2012.<br /><br />The total number of people without a job in the eurozone fell to 18.41 million in June.
