He started in the summer school program and he continued to attend the after school program. He absolutely loves it. He has learned a sense of self discipline and self confidence that he didn't have before. He has been to three tournaments and has won 3- third place, 1- second place, and 2-first place medals and earned 3rd place overall in the state tournament. Sensei DaCosta encourages them to obey their parents at home, work hard in school and practice karate. I love it!
