Bihar government is on high alert after a landslide in Nepal has blocked the water flow of the Kosi river. While authorities there have decided to detonate the blockade, a threat of a 2008 like situation has alarmed the Bihar government. Over 40 thousand people have been evacuated and Army, NDRF teams are on standby.
