The medical plane carrying missionary Nancy Writebol touched down at Dobbin Air Reserve base in Marietta, Georgia, just before noon.<br/> <br />It was the end of a long flight from Liberia.<br/> <br />Ill with the deadly Ebola virus, Writebol was taken to Emory University Hospital, where she'll get further treatment in a special isolation ward.<br/> <br />Ebola has killed nearly 900 people since February. It has no proven cure.<br/> <br />Writebol's arrival comes days after U.S. doctor Kent Brantly returned home.<br/> <br />He's also receiving treatment at Emory.<br/> <br />Brantly and Writebol both became infected while working at a Monrovia treatment center.<br/> <br />Their conditions improved in Liberia after receiving an experimental drug previously tested only on monkeys.<br/> <br />Brantly is now reported to be in good spirits.<br/> <br />The condition of Writebol, a mother of two from Charlotte, is described as serious.
