A homeowner provides us with this first-hand account of a recent monsoon which hit Tucson, Arizona on July 13th, 2014. According to him, "This micro burst hit and everything went white from rain outside. Sweeping horizontal rain. Took out a lot of trees and mailboxes and a little of everything else in the neighborhood."
