Share on Facebook : http://goo.gl/OhXa8f <br />Tweet now : http://goo.gl/NPGAal <br />Ingredients: <br />२ उबले और काटे हुए आलू <br />१ कप उबले हुए मटर <br />१ & १/२ cup टमाटर प्युरे <br />१ tbsp मलाई <br />१ अदरक <br />२ लहसुन <br />१ हरी मिर्च <br />३/४ tsp गरम मसाला <br />१/४ tsp हींग <br />३/४ tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर <br />१ tsp जीरा <br />नमक <br />१ छोटा कटा हुआ प्याज़ <br />१ tsp शक्कर <br />१ tbsp तेल <br />धनिया पत्ता <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Grind chopped onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a mixer to make a smooth paste <br />- Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds and once its starts crackling add asafoetida and onion paste. <br />- Saute the onion paste till its brown and add the tomato puree <br />- Mix it well and add red chilli powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and cook it for about 7 - 8 mins till its almost dry <br />- Add water to the paste and mix it well by adding some cream/malai <br />- Add green peas, coriander leaves, boiled potatoes and mix it and cook it for a while.
