Half way through the 72-hour truce and the ceasefire is holding. Israeli tanks are massed at the border with Gaza, but the guns are silent.<br/> <br />Negotiations for lasting peace are moving forward. But the United Nations is deeply concerned.<br/> <br />Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon says the international community cannot rest while the suffering in Gaza continues:<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (English) BAN KI-MOON, UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY-GENERAL, SAYING:<br/> <br />"This ceasefire has come at a price that is almost too much to bear.
