Vanity Fair out with its 2014 international best dressed list and among those making the grade include red carpet favorites Cate Blanchett and Lupita Nyong'o.<br/> <br />Blanchett made the list for the second time while Nyong'o joined Harry Potter star Emma Watson on the annual list that defines style and beauty.<br/> <br />The full list, which by the way doesn't rank its stars, will be published in the September issue of the magazine.<br/> <br />Arnold is back as in "The Terminator."
