A British beach will be home to the world’s first vertical cable car. <br /><br />Construction has begun on the Brighton i360, designed by the people behind the iconic London Eye giant ferris wheel.<br /><br />At 162 metres high, it will be the highest UK landmark outside the capital when it opens in 2016.
