The body of Major General Harold Greene returns home to the U.S.<br/> <br />Soldiers carried a flag-draped case containing the remains of the two-star general killed in an insider attack in Afghanistan.<br/> <br />His wife and children were there at Dover Air Force Base to see him home.<br/> <br />Greene's father says his son was a popular soldier whose intellect led to his military success.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: VOICE OF MAJOR GENERAL HAROLD GREENE'S FATHER, SAYING:<br/> <br />"One of the consistent notes he got on all his evaluations over the years was that he made people under him better."<br/> <br />Greene is the highest ranking U.S. officer killed in combat since Vietnam.<br/> <br />Officials say an Afghan soldier shot and killed the 34-year Army veteran as he was visiting a military complex in Afghanistan.<br/> <br />Greene will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
