Ice wine is a very sweet wine that is being produced in a very special way. <br />The Glen Breton distillery has been established by people speaking the Gaelic language, probably Scottish. <br /> <br />The nose: <br />Vanilla, a mixture of apple, pear and peaches. You also smell the grapes from the wine. <br />The taste: <br />Some spiciness appearing, also some nuttiness. A lot more intense than the nose. <br />The finish: <br />Long with oakiness of the cask.
