Share on Facebook : http://goo.gl/RFp3sl <br />Tweet now : http://goo.gl/sOoCIe <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />२ tbsp तेल <br />नमक <br />१ प्याज़ <br />१/२ कप सब्ज़ी <br />१ tsp लाल मिर्च पाउडर <br />१ tsp धनिया पाउडर <br />१/४ tsp आमचूर पाउडर <br />धनिया पत्ता <br /> <br />दाल के लिए: <br />३/४ कप मूंग दाल (रात भर भिगोइ हुई) <br />हरी मिर्च <br />अदरक <br />नमक <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Put oil in a pan and to the heated pan add salt <br />- Add the chopped onions and saute it till its soft <br />- Add the vegetables, mix them well and let them cook for 5 - 7 mins with the lid of the pan on. <br />- Once the vegetables are cooked add red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and cook it by mashing the vegetables a bit <br />- Remove the vegetable filling in a plate and let it cool, add salt if needed <br />- Soak moong dal overnight and grind it with green chillies, ginger, salt <br />- Brush some oil in a pan and put a spoonful of dal mixture <br />- Take a roti and press down till the dal mixture spreads to the edges <br />- Brush some oil on top of the roti (optional) and sprinkle some on the sides <br />- Once the roti is done take it off the pan and keep it aside <br />- Apply sweet chutney and green chutney and spread it all over the roti <br />- Put the vegetable filling in the roti and roll it <br />- Cut it into two halves and serve it with raita <br /> <br />Credits: <br />Director: Neha Sarkar <br />Camera: Jay Nayak / Kawaldeep Singh Jangwal <br />Editing: Ravi Varma <br />Script: Zeal Dhruna <br />Voice Over: Supriya Kapoor <br /> <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
