<p>Lively festivals are held in Tultepec, Mexico every year to celebrate the country’s traditional use of fireworks. 2014 was no different as visitors gathered to watch as a bull-shaped wagon was loaded with pyrotechnics. The resulting display in this video was so chaotic that the crowd seemed to be dispersing from the wagon in a panicked state.</p><p>It became clear, however, that they actually enjoyed being so close to the action, and loud cheers were heard when fireworks went off and lit up the night sky.
