Hundreds of Malians who have fled tribal fighting to neighbouring Niger are struggling to cope, as aid agencies battle to get vital humanitarian aid to the displaced.<br /><br />The remote location of Niger's Tilia refugee camp has hampered the aid effort, with few roads leading to the site.<br /><br />And with fighting in Mali showing no sign of letting up, many aid groups have abandoned delivering aid in the risky area altogether.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Dominic Kane reports.
