Its a delicious snack which is also specially made during fasts (upvas). <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />१ tbsp तेल <br /> <br />१ tsp जीरा <br /> <br />६-७ कड़ी पत्ता <br /> <br />४ कटी हुई हरी मिर्च <br /> <br />२-३ tsp शक्कर <br /> <br />नींबू का रस <br /> <br />धनिया पत्ता <br /> <br />३/४ cup भुनी हुई मूँगफली <br /> <br />२ उबले और काटे हुए आलू <br /> <br />१ cup साबूदाना <br /> <br />Method: <br />- Wash the sabudana thoroughly and soak them in water in a flat plate for 6 - 7 hrs <br />- After it has soaked well, add sugar,salt, coriander leaves, coarsely ground roasted peanuts, lemon juice to the bowl containing soaked sabudana. <br />- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, saute it and add boiled and chopped potatoes and fry it for a minute <br />- Turn off the flame and add the sabudana mixture <br />- Quickly mix all the ingredients. cover the pan with a lid and cook it in low flame for not more than 2 mins. <br />- The sabudana khichdi is ready to be served hot. <br /> <br />Credits: <br />Director: Narayan Thakur <br />Camera: Jay Nayak, Narayan Thakur <br />Editing: Ravi Varma <br />Script: Zeal Dhruna <br />Voice Over: Mohita Namjoshi <br />Creative Head: Kavya Krishnaswamy <br />Producer: Rajjat A.
