What started out as a mostly peaceful night of protests ended with clashes in Ferguson, Missouri.<br/> <br />Police in riot gear charged a crowd of demonstrators after objects were thrown at them.<br/> <br />By morning... nearly 50 people were arrested in the 11th night of racially charged protests over the killing of Michael Brown.<br/> <br />But the officer in charge of overseeing security in Ferguson says overall the situation is much better.<br/> <br />SOUNDBITE: MISSOURI STATE HIGHWAY PATROL CAPTAIN RON JOHNSON, SAYING:<br/> <br />"No smoke bombs no tear gas was used by police. We did deploy very limited pepper spray."<br/> <br />U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder plans to visit the St. Louis suburb on Wednesday to meet with the FBI and other officials.<br/> <br />A grand jury is also expected to begin a criminal inquiry into the shooting of the unarmed black teen by a white police officer.<br/> <br />This as protests continue for Brown who will be laid to rest next Monday.
