ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder met with community members in Ferguson, Missouri, on Wednesday (August 20) and vowed a thorough civil rights probe into the fatal police shooting of an unarmed black teenager that has set off 11 nights of racially charged unrest.<br/> <br />"We're looking for violations of federal criminal civil rights statutes which is different from what the local investigation is. But we have brought a substantial number of agents here who have done a great job in the canvassing that they did over the past weekend.
