Anger erupts on the streets of Santiago.<br/> <br />With stray dogs in tow, thousands of students clash with riot police.<br/> <br />Demanding free education, the students are asking for greater participation in reform discussions, currently driven by the government.<br/> <br />The students claim these discussions must involve social organizations... since it was these very organizations that called for reform in the first place.<br/> <br />Back in 2011, students started a wave of protests demanding free, high-quality education.<br/> <br />The government estimates 25,000 people took to the streets again for this protest.
