KARACHI: MQM Chief Altaf Hussain has suggested Nation not to go out at 12pm today other than it is unavoidable. <br />He said that he is seeing unconstitutional steps and bloody situation in the country. <br />Altaf Hussain further said that Nation can save Pakistan only with sacrifice. He said that time has come to sacrifice for country.
