**This was Filmed in a public area and does not violate any privacy rights.**

Taken from ICBC wikipedia page " ...While ICBC continues to hold a monopoly on basic insurance, it has chosen to offer optional additional coverage, in competition with these firms."

Therefore it is MANDATORY to deal with ICBC in order to use an automobile legally. (under threat) I was forced to visit this establishment - forced to do "business" with this corporation (extortion) and I filmed this for my records, for my safety and for public education. ICBC and it's representative shall be held accountable.

** Signed all my license and documents "V.C." before my signature as I'm forced to have this license. Under duress. **

Forced ICBC corporation extortion backed by threats of Violence / Theft / Grand Theft / Kidnapping / Incarceration.

** Traveling unmolested is a right - NOT a privilege **

Not even taking into the account that the idea of licenses are wrong : Why must I pay again? Why should it expire? It doesn't cost $75 to make a new plastic card. I've proven I can drive safely - I'm not required to take another test. My vehicle operating skills aren't tested again. Why doesn't this employee have any answers? This is just another money grab for Canada's monopoly ICBC.

The employee -who was lovely- said she's never had any questions about traveling or not requiring a drivers license for private travel. Just doing her job. Being a good little cog in our slave system.

Notice she was getting upset at me for asking any questions and not just paying my extortion quickly and quietly like all the other sheep. She could not give a satisfactory answer to any question I had.

When I ask her take on the system she's helping enforce - her response is "I pick my battles." She did confirm all the punishments I'd receive by police.

Motor Vehicle & Automobile are terms for business vehicles. Licenses are required for Business. I travel only for private enjoyment/need/education. I'm not for contract.

I plan on fighting more of this nonsense but need more studying and at this time can't afford to lose my vehicle and pay the mob/pirate ransom fines.

If "caught" without a license there is a hefty ticket penalty, your car must be towed away -as you're deemed unfit to drive- you must pay those fees. etc easily $600+ just in fines.

Canada, B.C.

ICBC - Ideas so good, they're mandatory.

Read up about traveling at freedomfromgovernment.us
