She is an investigative reporter, pilferer of crazy products, singer(to be debated...lol), and is also constantly dealing with aliens, lunatic family and friends, ghosts, and much much more. <br />In this episode, Jolean is back in the kitchen preparing a delicious Redneck Recipe, Cracker Salad. Follow along as Jolean always has a hilarious story and/or just complaining and missing her ex Tex. The recipe is real, and so is the comedy. <br />This sketch comedy episode was one of our first Cooking segments. <br />"I remember this recipe, because I thought I was gonna do it as a big spoof, but it's actually a real recipe and come out tasting yummy.
