The 20th anniversary of the withdrawal of Russian troops from Estonia was marked on Sunday with a ceremony held in Estonia’s White Hall in parliament.<br /><br />In 1994 Russian President Boris Yeltsin signed the treaty but today’s Estonian president said current events in Ukraine remind everyone that Estonia’s security cannot be taken for granted.
