<p>In an exclusive interview with France 24, Iran's deputy foreign minister Abbas Araghchi discusses the progress of talks on Tehran's nuclear programme. He says that both sides - Iran and the six world powers - are "serious enough to come to a deal by the deadline". After a July deadline passed without a deal, a new deadline has been set for November 24th.
