football clubs are often accused of forgetting their fans, but Spanish outfit Villarreal are different – after allowing a 13-year-old cancer patient to play for them. <br /> <br />Young fan Gohan has an aggressive form of cancer and had told nurses in hospital that his dream was to play for Villarreal at their El Madrigal stadium one day. <br /> <br />The La Liga club heard about this, and in incredible scenes, allowed him to start their friendly with Celtic. <br /> <br />Gohan was given his own place in the dressing room, a squad number and even got a talking to from the manager before kicking the game off.
