The Ukrainian government has signed a ceasefire agreement with pro-Russian rebels who have been fighting in the east of the country. <br /><br />The deal was brokered on Friday at talks in the Belarussian capital Minsk and has been confirmed by the<br />Ukrainian President, Petro Poroshenko. <br /><br />The European security organisation, the OSCE, also confirmed the deal, which comes into force at into force at 1600 CET.
