ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />The search for debris and possible survivors from a small U.S. private plane that flew over Cuba crashed just northeast of Jamaica on Friday was still underway, officials said.<br/> <br />"Our basic mission at this time at this time is to continue the search to locate possible wreckage and/or survivors," said Jamaica's Coast Guard Commander Antonette Wemyss-Gorman .<br/> <br />The U.S. Embassy in Jamaica said they had been in contact with the family members of those on board the private plane.<br/> <br />"We're keeping them (family members) updated. We really can provide no more information than that at this point. I would also like to take this moment to thank the government of Jamaica for its response, and its whole-of-government approach to this tragedy. And I think seeing all the representatives here is a good indication of that. Coordination between all Jamaican authorities and U.S. authorities has been excellent," said U.S. Embassy Chargé d'Affaires, Eliz
