Houses are reduced to ruin just north of the eastern Ukrainian city of Donetsk on Sunday...<br /> <br />...After renewed shelling appears to break a ceasefire -- between Ukrainian government forces and pro-Russian separatists -- that was barely two days old.<br /> <br />Both sides are blaming the other for the flare-up of violence.<br /> <br />Ukrainian military spokesman, Volodymyr Polevoy:<br /> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Ukrainian) UKRAINIAN NATIONAL DEFENSE AND SECURITY COUNCIL SPOKESMAN, VOLODYMYR POLEVOY, SAYING:<br /> <br />"Ukrainian troops are in full compliance with the truce conditions and ceasefire.
