Former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton announced a the "Presidential Leadership Scholars" program in Washington on Monday (September 8).<br/> <br />The partnership is among four presidential libraries: Those of George W. Bush, his father George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Lyndon Johnson.<br/> <br />Funds raised for the program will go to students pursuing political studies -- particularly those learning about presidential history.
