A bomb blast at a fast-food restaurant in Chile's capital city Santiago injures at least eight people Monday when an explosive device was detonated in a shopping area.<br/> <br />Police believe two suspects who planted the device escaped in a car.<br/> <br />Officials are calling it a quote terrorist attack.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) CHILEAN INTERIOR MINISTER, RODRGIO PENADILLO, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We energetically condemn this terrorist attack that took place at the Military School subway stop.
