The second Ministerial Meeting of States Affected by Transnational Interests is taking place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela's headquarters in Caracas. As part of this event, states are seeking ways to overcome international arbitration courts' bias in favour of multinational companies in litigations.
