Recipe to prepare "Gobhi Korma": <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1. cumin seed - 1 tea spoon <br />2. coriander powder - 1 tea spoon <br />3. red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon <br />4. turmeric powder - 1/2 tea spoon <br />5. seasoning (garam masala) - 1 tea spoon <br />6. garlic - 10 cloves <br />7. green chilly - 1 <br />8. onion - 2 medium bulblets <br />9. cooking oil - 1-1/2 table spoons <br />10. cauliflower - 300 grams <br />11. baby potatoes - 10 <br />12. ginger - 1 inch <br />13. tomatoes - 2 medium size <br />14. salt - 1-1/2 tea spoon <br />15. crushed dry fenugreek (kasoori methi) - 1 tea spoon <br />16. water - 2 medium bowls <br />17. coriander leaves - 3 stalks <br /> <br />Procedure: <br />1. make a paste of the following ingredients: <br />a. 1 tea spoon cumin seed <br />b. 1 tea spoon coriander powder <br />c. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder <br />d. 1/2 tea spoon turmeric powder <br />e. 1 tea spoon seasoning (garam masala) <br />f. 10 garlic cloves (peeled) <br />g. 1 inch ginger (chopped) <br />h. 1 green chilly <br />i. 1 medium bulblet onion (chopped) <br />2. heat 1-1/2 table spoon cooking oil in a cooker <br />3. fry chopped onion (1 medium bulblet) until brown <br />4. add to it the paste (prepared initially) <br />5. stir, and allow it to cook for a while <br />6. add 1 medium bowl water, and stir <br />7. add 10 baby potatoes (peeled) <br />8. mix them well with the gravy, and cook for atleast 2 minutes <br />9. add chopped tomatoes (2 medium size), and mix <br />10. add 1-1/2 tea spoon salt <br />11. add 300 grams cauliflower (big florets) <br />12. mix the florets, and allow to cook for 2 minutes <br />13. add 1 tea spoon crushed dry fenugreek (kasoori methi) <br />14. add 1 medium bowl water, and stir <br />15. cover the cooker until one whistle <br />16. uncover, and garnish the korma with coriander leaves (3 stalks) <br /> <br />Amazing!!
