Recipe to prepare "Tossed Vegetable Grill Sandwich": <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1. Refined oil - 1/2 tablespoon <br />2. onion rings - 4 <br />3. chopped cucumber - 4 tablespoons <br />4. chopped tomato - 2 tablespoons <br />5. chopped capsicum - 2 tablespoons <br />6. grated cabbage - 3 tablespoons <br />7. salt - 1/2 teaspoon <br />8. chilli-garlic seasoning - 1 teaspoon <br />9. bread - 2 slices <br />10. schezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon <br />11. butter - 1 tablespoon <br /> <br />Procedure: <br />1. heat 1/2 tablespoon refined oil in a pan <br />2. add to it and saute: <br />a. 4 onion rings <br />b. 4 tablespoons chopped cucumber <br />c. 2 tablespoons chopped tomato <br />d. 2 tablespoons chopped capsicum <br />e. 3 tablespoons grated cabbage <br />3. add salt to taste (or 1/2 teaspoon) <br />4. add 1 teaspoon chilli-garlic seasoning, and mix well <br />5. cover the pan, and let the vegetables cook for 30 secs <br />6. take 2 bread slices, and apply butter and schezwan sauce on both <br />7. sprinkle a pinch of chilli-garlic seasoning on both slices <br />8. layer one slice with the vegetable filling, and cover it with the other slice <br />9. grease the outer surface of sandwich with little butter, and grill it <br /> <br />Hey guys!!
