Fire crews in California continue battling a 1,600-acre brush fire in Silverado Canyon of the Cleveland National Forest.<br/> <br />Mandatory evacuations were ordered Friday evening.<br/> <br />Officials said high temperatures made the fire fight difficult.<br/> <br />The U.S. Forest Service is being assisted by multiple agencies.<br/> <br />Several homes are scattered throughout the remote area, however, no structures have been threatened by the fire, officials said.
