Ahmedabad: Dr. Sian is basically from China but is living in Ahmedabad since 1936. He knows Chinese and Gujarati well therefore can play a role of 'mediator' between PM Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping on their forthcoming meeting, says Dr. Sian.
