Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri on Sunday announced to spearhead a new campaign calling for protesters to write ‘go Nawaz go’ on currency notes as a protest, Dunya News reported. <br /> <br />Addressing the sit-in protest in Islamabad, Qadri appealed the public to write the ‘go Nawaz go’ slogan on every currency note to send the message across. <br /> <br />Meanwhile, the State Bank of Pakistan has warned that any such move will render the currency note invalid. <br /> <br />State Bank said that writing a political slogan on a currency note will waste it. <br /> <br />State Bank spokesperson has said that no bank including the State Bank will accept such a currency note.
