Suffering from a sweet tooth and don't know what to do? Then try out this incredible phirni recipe at home. Made with broken rice, sugar, milk and nuts, this preparation is very much like the South-Indian payasam or its more popular counter part, kheer.<br /><br />Stay tuned and watch Archana as she takes you through the steps!<br /><br />Ingredients<br /><br />1 Litre Milk<br />300-350gm Milkmaid<br />100g Basmati Rice<br />2 Tbsp Almond And Pistachio Chopped<br />1 Tbsp Rose Water<br /><br />Tips<br /><br />1. Before adding sugar or rice to the milk, heat the milk first.<br />2. Wash the rice, spread it on a cloth and let it dry. Heat a little ghee in a pan, and mix the rice in the ghee.
