Scribbling or writing on currency notes is illegal: Dar

SLAMABAD: Minister for Finance Senator Ishaq Dar on Sunday cautioned Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri against misleading the people by asking them to scribble on currency notes.
