A group of civil defence workers could be seen working frantically in an attempt to rescue a boy trapped under the wreckage of a destroyed building.<br/> <br />One rescuer was seen pouring water onto his palm and reaching under the rubble to feed the parched child, who was heard wailing and saying: "May Got damn you, Bashar al-Assad".<br/> <br />A distraught man, possibly a relative of the child, looked on anxiously as the rescue went on.
