This little camera is fun to play with! I'm not an extreme sports person, but I used it in trees in my yard to remotely capture hummingbirds and other wildlife. It's small and unobtrusive, so the animals don't know it's there. Using the mobile app with it (as a remote) is really cool and allows you to start and stop the camera whenever you need to - without taking it out of it's housing.

I did run into some overheating issues with it here in Arizona - when filming inside it's case in the sun, it barely made it 20-30 minutes without shutting down due to heat. I can imagine this would be a pain when hiking in the sun or in hotter locations in the summer. However, after a brief rest, the camera was ready to go again.

The button that works the controls needs to be simplified - I understand they were trying to make it have as few openings on the body as possible, but having several buttons (an OK button) or a wheel would make selecting options so much easier. I found it frustrating to cycle through the menus with one button and select with the other - then when in the next menu you'd have to remember which button did what again. That's why I knocked off a star.

Get It Best Price On: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00F3F0EIU?tag=s-t-20
