Today's program zooms in on Mexico City's legenadary traffic. With five million motor vehicles in the Mexico City metropolitan area, the air quality is among the worst in the world, to the extent of being considered a public health and environmental threat. Authorities have responded by further restricting the circulation of vehicles, prohibing cars that are more than 15 years old from circulating on Saturdays in addition to the one weekday they are also banned. But many have protested the measure, arguing it disproportionately hurts working people and small businesses. Clayton Conn reports from the Mexican capital. teleSUR
