A casualty of Tropical Storm Odile -- this supermarket is now being put back together, inch by inch.<br/> <br />Looters had stripped local shops bare, hunting for food and supplies after the storm left them without water and electricity for days.<br/> <br />And with Tropical Storm Polo skirting Mexico's Pacific coast, locals in Los Cabos are preparing for a possible second hammering.<br/> <br />The Mexican government has sent in 8,000 troops and federal police to reinforce security.<br/> <br />And for shop managers, security is the key to getting products back onto the shelves.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Spanish) SUPERMARKET MANAGER, MANUEL JIMENEZ, SAYING:<br/> <br />"We are depending on the security situation within the city. There are already authorities approaching and because we have security available, we have to jump-start the business."<br/> <br />Reports say Tropical Storm Polo will veer northwest out to sea, but this tourist hotspot isn't taking chances the second time around.
